Offerings and Fee Explanations

Providing you with fair, researched, and well-thought-out quotes of fees for my services is of the utmost importance to me. I don’t like getting a bill based on services I’m not fully aware of, and you don’t deserve that either.

TRAVEL

Travel .65/mile

  • This mileage fee is set at the IRS-recommended rate for conducting business.

  • This fee applies to all services that require travel unless otherwise listed as included in fee pricing.

REGULAR + PREMIUM HOURS

Regular Hours Surcharge $10

  • This fee only applies to services inside my regular hours as described on the list of hourly availability, and will only be charged one time for any combination of services within the transaction within a 12-hour period of regular time. [If regular hours end, and something still needs our attention, the remainder of the 12-hour period will resume at the start of regular hours on the following day.] 

  • This fee is set to represent a half hour of my time that begins at the time of my arrival to your selected location for notarization.

  • Time exceeding 45 minutes will be charged in 15-minute increments at the above rate.

Premium Hours Surcharge $25

  • This fee only applies to services that occur outside of my regular hours as described on the list of hourly availability, and will only be charged one time for any combination of services within the transaction within a 12-hour period of time. 

  • This fee is set to represent a half hour of my premium time that begins at the time of my arrival to your selected location for notarization.

  • Time exceeding 45 minutes will be charged in 15-minute increments at the above rate.

CLERICAL

B&W Copies .30/page single-sided

  • Basic photocopies. 

  • Availability: Monday-Saturday: 9AM-9PM. Sunday 10AM-6PM

 

Basic Document Scanning .10/page single-sided

  • Basic document scanning. Each page is scanned as it appears as a separate image file. 

  • Deliverable via Flash Drive or WeTransfer.

 

Premium Document Digitization .25/page single-sided

  • Premium document scanning. Each page is scanned, straightened, cropped, enhanced, and compiled into a single fresh PDF. 

  • I have a deep background in document imaging and visual optimization. I make use of my expertise in Adobe Creative Suite to provide you with a flawless digital copy of your file(s).

  • Splitting into separate files available upon request.

  • Deliverable via Flash Drive or WeTransfer.

 

Flash Drive Delivery of Digitizations $5 

  • If you’ve chosen to have your documents digitized by me with either the Basic or Premium option, I can add your documents to a brand new flash drive that is yours to keep forever. 

  • This price includes the cost of the flash drive.

 

Remote Delivery via WeTransfer $3

  • If you’ve chosen to have your documents digitized by me with either the Basic or Premium option, I can save you time and space by delivering your documents to you via WeTransfer. 

  • WeTransfer is a safe and reliable means of transferring digital files and is a standard among a range of professional fields. 

  • This small expense allows for the premium use of WeTransfer to deliver your files and saves on travel time and fees.

Proofreading .75/page single-sided

  • Expert proofreading of any document. 

  • I have served as an editor on ~500 different projects in the last five years for book manuscripts, emails, newsletters, magazines, web copy, and more. I bring this experience here to offer an exclusive service to your experience.

Same-Day Mailing $2/oz + Postage 

  • Do you need something mailed? Have an envelope and stamp? Need an envelope and stamp? No problem!

  • FREE Standard-Sized Envelope.

  • Includes Travel Costs.

  • Does not include tracking numbers.

 

Same-Day Shipping $6/item + Postage/Packaging

  • Do you need something shipped? Have packaging? Need packaging? No problem! I am available for shipping on your behalf via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. 

  • I use Shipstation to ship hefty documents and other items. This allows me to have access to all available shipping options in an area at a lower rate than offered to the public.

  • Includes Travel Costs.

  • Includes tracking numbers provided to you following transaction.

Rush Same-Day Delivery $12

  • Don’t have time to drop time-sensitive documents off at a local location? I am more than happy to rush your documents to any location within a 10-mile radius of your location. 

  • Includes immediate drop-off from your location.

  • Includes Travel Costs.
